AUMIX® Staple Fiber
The chemical name of “AUMIX® meta-aramid staple fiber” is poly(meta-phenylene isophthalamide), which belongs to the aromatic polyamide fiber family. It appears as a thin film or fibrous strip, with a large surface area, easy dispersion and full expansion in water, and exhibits good cohesion and thermal bonding properties. AUMIX® are registered trademarks of Sinoaramid for their meta-aramid fiber products.
